This means we are authorised to buy parts directly from Apple & have access to Apple's diagnostic and configuration tools.
Genuine Apple battery replacements start at £69. Some models we keep in stock, others we have to order. The battery is configured to the device, the phone will tell you it's a genuine Apple part and the battery health will function correctly. We're the only company in Llandudno that's authorised to offer this on site.
Has another third party repair shop offered you a new battery without a notification on the iPhone XR or newer models?
Ask how they’re doing it? It’s likely a BMS swap which involves moving the original battery board to a new battery so the phone doesn’t realise the battery has been changed. This is not the official way of offering a battery with a functional battery health menu.
